Food is data
Every meal sends a signal to your body. The question isn't just "is this healthy?" — it's "is this healthy for me, right now, given my goals, my genetics, and what else I've eaten today?"
That's a harder question, and it's the one Meridian tries to answer.
How logging works
You can log meals three ways:
- Voice — speak your day. Apollo parses it.
- Photo — snap your plate. Meridian estimates portions and macros.
- Text — type it out if you prefer.
You don't need a kitchen scale. You don't need to count calories. Log what you ate, roughly when, and let Meridian do the analysis.
Supplements matter
Supplements are where most health apps stop tracking. Meridian doesn't. Your supplement stack — timing, doses, interactions — is part of the picture. Evening reports flag potential interactions and suggest adjustments based on what you logged that day.
If you take your supplementation seriously, this is built for you.
What to watch
Over a few weeks, patterns emerge. You might notice that a late dinner tanks your sleep score. That a new supplement coincides with better morning energy. That your protein intake has been dropping without you realising.
Meridian surfaces these patterns in plain English. You decide what to do with them.
