Own your health

Meridian Health is a personal health intelligence layer. It connects your daily habits, your biology, and the latest research so you can make decisions that actually move the needle for you — not for a non-existent average person.

This guide walks through what Meridian does, how logging works, and what to expect from your evening reports.

The three foundations

Everything in Meridian maps back to three foundations:

  • Rest — sleep is when your body repairs, consolidates memory, and resets hormones.
  • Nourish — food and supplements are information for your cells.
  • Move — exercise is medicine, but the right dose is personal.

You don't have to log everything. Log what you can, when you can. Apollo, your health assistant, works with whatever you give it.

Your first week

  1. Build your profile — tell Apollo your goals, diet, sleep targets, and supplement stack.
  2. Log your day — voice, photo, or text. Meals, exercise, supplements, sleep. Two minutes.
  3. Read your evening report — a personalised analysis scoring your day against your goals.
  4. Repeat — patterns emerge fast. By the end of week one you'll see what's helping and what's not.
